We are business analysts helping uncover where in the process our client feel needs improvement. Once their needs are established, we then work with them to develop solutions for those needs. Through this process, we develop strong partnerships and bonds with each one of our clients. Our managers work hand and hand with them to provide quick response times when challenges present themselves and need to be addressed. Our drivers are eager to work, capable, and willing to help where needed.

Diligent is innovative in that we have developed and implemented programs and schedules that have reduced client expenses from 6% to 18%, while increasing business to over 10% in revenue by providing efficient logistics and delivery programs. Diligent is a turn-key logistics provider that allows our customers to utilize all means necessary to move freight to almost any destination in the world through our same day local delivery service, next day delivery service, airfreight, freight forwarding, ocean freight, LTL, and/or FTL over the road shipments.

Diligent has a greater driver retention rate than our competitors, due to the rapport we build with the each owner operator. Once the drivers feel like a part of the family, they go the extra mile for our clients. We understand that the owner operators/drivers we place at a client's location need to be professional, customer friendly, and proficient. The owner operators/drivers are "Customer service ambassadors" for our clients and they understand that they representing our client as well as Diligent.

Diligent is responsive to client challenges. We listen to our clients when they need situations or challenges resolved in order to serve their customer. Our goal is to handle any and all challenges quickly and with out service interruption. Our managers build strong relationships with our clients so each customer knows who to go to when they need something addressed.

Diligent is advantageous for our clients because of our customer support level, and continuous improvement of our client's operations. We have developed our "Diligent Delivery Tracking program", allowing our clients to locate, track, and gather reports on all deliveries invoiced to each customer via the Diligent website.
